Anatomically accurate ^_^ The proportions of the eyes, the noes and the lips are in correct position. The colours are well contrasted and the shadows are not too overpowering.

The hair is smooth and vibrant although it needs a little work : highlights and details. The hair seems to be a common weakness for artist but trial and error will improves the users' ability to draw hair <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" />

The shirt looks slightly flat and will require creases being implemented and maybe slight lighting.

Moreover, try using the technique "circulism" which enhance skin texture, eyes, and any other smooth textures <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" />
